New built cottage is situated at the edge of Janské Lázně cca 800m from Ski resort Černá Hora.

• skibus stop is just in front of our cottage You can go by the skibus to Černá Hora ski center as well as to Černý Důl ski lifts!!!

• Černá Hora & Černý Důl ski centres are connected now and you can use one skipas for both areas!!!

Position and access

New built cottage is situated at the edge of Janské Lázně, near the road from Černý Důl to Svoboda nad Úpou. The cottage is well accessable by car. we have our own parking area. The bus station is 150 m away from the cottage. Great access to ski resort (about 800m to chair lift at Černá Hora – possibility to get there and back on the skies). Ski cross trail is going around the cottage.

Equipment and services

We have rooms with 2,3 or 4 beds with own bathrooms. We offer breakfast or half board. Play room with ping pong, Jacuzzi, common room with TV, pets allowed after agreement. Parking is in the front of cottage. Summer terrace with barbecue.

New: Connection to the internet available in the whole property (socket outlet in every room).

Recreation and services in surroundings

Winter time:
Great for downhill skiing a Country ski cross skiing, night skiing, coasting path, ski bus to Mlade Buky, Pec pod Snezkou. Distance to ski resort Spindleruv mlyn is 30km.

Summer time:
Biking trails, hiking trails, paragliding, horse back riding, aqua centum in Janske Lazne in Spindleruv Mlyn, lot of places for trips – ZOO in Dvur Kralove (30km), Adrspasske and Teplicke rocks, and else.
